With a strong passion for trauma-informed therapy, I have developed a deep understanding of the complex nature of trauma and its impact on individuals' lives.My expertise has allowed me to help individuals overcome a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Additionally, my extensive knowledge of trauma-informed therapy has enabled me to provide specialized care to individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma, including military members (current and past serving), and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.My seven years of military service has provided me with valuable experience in both indirect and direct social work.
