I’m currently working as an Academy Performance Analyst within the Women’s Academy and as a sessional coach with Chelsea Football Club where I coach in various Advanced and Development centres. I’m also part of the Disability Department as a coach for participants with disability. I had previously held the role as part of Here to help, as support staff within the Chelsea Academy. I’m currently a UEFA C candidate, which will be achieved in 2024. I’ve gained my Level 1,2 & 3 in performance analysis from the PFSA. Having started coaching in 2020. I’m a prompt, effective, and organised individual. I have developed a professional etiquette in my approach to coaching and have obtained various skills and abilities over the years. I currently work with the U17s, as an assistant coach at Kew Park Rangers. Haven't previously been the lead coach progressing onto assistant manager of the U12 & U13s. I’m also a London FA youth council member, working and planning on various events with other council members. I’m currently a Course Representative at St. Mary’s University for the 23/24 academic year.I’m looking to expand my knowledge and constantly willing to learn. Willing to reach out at most opportunities when presented.
