CAREER HIGHLIGHT• With the Kennedy-Donovan Center, I increased revenue by more than 42% in the first ten months. • With Performance Physical Therapy I evaluated and revamped all marketing efforts, operations, policies, procedures and communications as well as introduced a new retail line for ten locations.•Working with the RI Center for Justice I increased the fundraising efforts from $100,000 to over $540,000.•Increased major donors from 128 ($320,000) to 189 ($590,000), increased annual (less than $1,000 donors) from $114,000 to more than $249,000, and increased grants from $530,000 to more than $945,000 annually with Save The Bay.•Raised initial gifts exceeding $1,800,000 in first eighteen months at Trinity Rep followed by the first $11million of an $18 million campaign in the first two years of the project.•Implemented a $10,000 giving society focused on women with the American Red Cross. •Increased programs, and revenue by $1,000,000 for the Easter Seals Rhode Island office.•Have successfully managed signature events, receiving industry praise.•Coordinated and streamlined a $750,000 car donor program for the National Kidney Foundation.•Implemented seven school-to-career programs for 750 students as well as created welfare to work opportunities for 230+ clients for three consecutive years in the hospitality industry.
