Responsible for the sales, gross profit and working capital performance of this over 3 bln euro business and for all finance activities, which include budgeting & forecasting, strategy and performance reviews, business case development and evaluation, advising on annual commercial contract negotiations with suppliers and financial closings. Participated in Ahold’s Management Development Program for top performers

Responsible for all finance activities, which included review of sourcing strategies, target setting, performance monitoring, advising on financial issues with suppliers and improving sourcing management information. Total annual purchase value over 1 bln euro.

Belarto Group is a group of companies active in the design and distribution of occasion cards for the European market. The group consists of 17 companies in 9 Western European countries, employing 250 people. Sales grew significantly from € 27 mln in 2005 to € 45 mln in 2009.Responsible for the financial management of Belarto Group: financial performance, strategy, budgeting/forecasting, financial reporting, accounting, cost/investment/working capital/cash control, M&A, IT, local debt financing, AO&IC and international finance organization of 18 FTE of which 9 country controllers

Responsible for the consolidation, analysis, accounting and management reporting of the monthly figures of Ahold’s Central Europe division and for various other corporate controlling topics such as closing instructions and investment model.
