Responsibilities:Customer Onboarding: Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, ensuring that their requirements and expectations are met efficiently and effectively.Program Management: Develop and execute program plans for new customer introductions, overseeing timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation to ensure successful program delivery.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, production, and logistics, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the onboarding and production process.Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the customer introduction process, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.Risk Management: Proactively identify and manage risks associated with new customer introductions, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions.Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, serving as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process, and ensuring their needs are met.Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the New Customer Introductions team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
