Frank has more than 20 years of multinational business experience in manufacturing, healthcare and bioscience industries with organizations such as Ideal/Staant, Norsk Hydro, Taconic Bioscience, Mental Health Partners of Boulder and Primus Aerospace. He has held multiple leadership positions and is an expert in areas of business partnering, leadership team coaching, HR information systems implementation and improvement, change management and frontline employee development.Frank earned his Masters Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations at West Virginia University, Morgantown, West Virginia. He completed four years of PhD level work in Adult Learning at Walden University Online and holds certification as a Senior HR Leader with the Society of Human Resources Management, Business Process Mapping with the Boston University, Lean Green Belt with Lean Institute. For two decades Frank has partnered with and coached leaders from the front line to c-suite. Frank lives in and enjoys the mountains of Colorado with his family. In his spare time he skis in the backcountry and trains as a distance runner.
