As a Walt Disney World Transportation Guest Experience Manager, I am responsible for leading the day to day operation that transports resort guests to their destination utilizing the principles set forth in the Disney Transport Operations Guide. I am to give our Cast Members the tools needed to successfully display exceptional guest service while providing bus transportation with the highest degree of safety and professionalism. As a Guest Talent Coordinator with Disney Performing Arts, I am responsible for modeling the Disney heritage while working with guest performing groups, directors, and travel planners. Coordinating guest "performing" groups for the Candlelight Processional as well as for Disney Performing Arts/ Magic Music Days performances and workshops. Completing all administrative and operational aspects including extensive walking, lifting, and phone communication. This role requires heavy guest contact, greeting performers and directors when they arrive on property, monitoring performers and providing logistical support throughout their stay here at the Walt Disney World Resort.As an On-Call (seasonal) trumpet player at the Walt Disney World Resort, I have had the opportunity to perform as a member of the Walt Disney World Fanfare Trumpets for many years. I have maintained and exceeded the high standards that Disney requires of its musicians. The Fanfare Trumpet Unit performs its entire repertoire from memory. I have personally been able to memorize and perform multiple parts with the Fanfare Trumpet Unit for well over 500 performances.

As a Production Manager, I had the privilege of learning all aspects of a Brass Instrument Mouthpiece Manufacturing Company. I worked in conjunction with the General Manager and Sales Manager to assist in the day to day operations. My major responsibilities included overseeing Production of products from raw materials to finished merchandise, managing physical inventory to ensure that all merchandise was continually in stock, providing exceptional customer service in person and via phone conversation, taking orders for merchandise over the phone and through our internet website, processing invoices for all customers and ensuring that payments were properly credited to each specific account. I was also responsible for maintaining proper packaging protocol and working with UPS and FedEx to ensure that shipping & receiving standards were maintained at the highest level of quality

As a Sergeant, Trumpet Player in the United States Marine Corps I was assigned to various stations as a specialist in Music Performance, Education, Conducting, Leadership and Logistics. I performed with many of the musical ensembles within the program and maintained extraordinary standards of musical knowledge and performance in accordance with Marine Corps Standards. As a Trumpet Section Leader I helped the Marines in my section to maintain the standards set for their specific rank. Through mentoring and tutoring I was able to maintain a 100% pass rate on Quarterly Performance Examinations for all Marines in my section.
