Board of Trustees Representing Area 4, which is the Eastern 1/2 of Carlsbad, California. The board’s role is to establish and focus the College on a vision and mission that supports the community’s goals and future direction. It is the board’s responsibility, on behalf of the public, to define what the end result of all of the colleges’ efforts should be. As the Trustee for Area 4 I look forward to working with all groups to make MiraCosta College all it can be. As a fiscal conservative I strongly endorse the college’s mission of Student Success and Student Access.
