Responsible for overseeing the sales, collections, people management and operations of Acceptance Now Locations inside of large furniture, electronics, and appliance retailers. The span of control includes a team that encompasses stores in Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky. We are inside of Ashley, Value City, Bob’s, and multiple other retailers.

Responsible for the sales and operations of stores and their supporting team at store, district, and director level in the Midwest. Prior to leaving my team generated $300M+ in annual sales, along with the people and responsibilities that came with it. This market has included company owned stores in Michigan, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Arkansas, Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The span of control has included over 2,000 employees, 400 plus stores, 20+ District Managers, multiple DMITs, Administrators, Wireless Managers, Human Resources, and Loss Prevention Managers. My team has consistently led the company in overall performance as well as multiple individual metrics.My greatest accomplishment was watching those that I’ve had the privilege of developing turn into successful leaders. During the last 7 years of my career, over 50% of my managers in my last two districts became district managers. As a Regional Director over 50% of my district managers either moved on to become Regional Directors or take on roles with greater responsibility within the company.
