Mid State CEO, Frank Monroe, began in the Real Estate business at a young age. His father put him on a job pulling wires through crawl spaces he could not get through at the age of three. His experience range from total rehab to building from the ground up, property management, land lording, buying and selling lease to own, to developing raw land for commercial use. Frank `said. ‘I joined the United States Air Force as a teenager and soon learned that I was a team builder. My success lay in that I cared what my coworkers problems were and helped solve them. I enjoy helping young folks learn a talent that will last a lifetime for them. I retired as a Chief Master Sergeant and went on to many and diverse jobs. I have worked as a “Gentleman Farmer”, Secretary Treasureand assistant manager of a horse arena, Western store, truck and horse trailer sales, Restaurant and Horse motel facility. I have spent time as a Loss Prevention Manager, Commercial drive with a Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL).I am a member of the Charleston SC Real Estate Investment Club and have given presentations on Tax Deed Investing to the club at the general meeting. In addition I gave small group instruction in my home office. I have a network of Real EstateInvestor professional and beginner friends. I try to help newcomers in the field and do Joint Ventures (JV) with some of them.My business principal is as I stated in an email to one of my JV partners recently. I always want to leave a deal so that all parties concerned would not hesitate to deal with me again.
