Since January 2016 I have formed management team for Skandia’s activities in Denmark together with country CEO Per Wahlström. Holds following positions: Deputy CEO of Skandia Link Livsforsikring A/S, CEO of Skandia A/S (Administration Company), CFO for all companies in Skandia Denmark and Board member in Forenede Gruppeliv A/S (FG).Key responsibilities: - CFO in charge of Skandia's Finance Department covers responsibility for the departments Economy, Actuary, Risk Management, Legal and Compliance.- Responsibility for corporate strategy and annual update of business plan.Key skills to be mentioned: - Solid experience of strategic and operational management, including creating results through others, - Structured, committed and strong on execution and implementation; initiative / proactive, energetic, enthusiastic and positive.- Experienced in change and change management Key achievements:- Design and implementation of a structural transformation of Skandia Denmark with a focus on, among other things simplification in the form of a simple corporate structure. - Increased customer orientation containing, for example, education initiatives, CPI adjustment, reorganizations.- Optimized product offering in terms of profitability and capital requirements. (Transforming Skandia to a pure unit link company, i.e. no traditional guarantees in the product portfolio).- Improved IT support and utilization of digital capabilities, including new core system.- The structural transformation has repositioned the Skandia Denmark as a profitable and dividend paying unit that experience continued cost-effectiveness and double digit growth

Finansområdet i Skandia består af tre afdelinger: Økonomi (inkl. BI), Risikostyring og Aktuariat. De tre afdelingschefer referer til CFO. Der er i alt ca. 35 medarbejdere i Finansfunktionen.Del af den øverste ledergruppe i Skandia Danmark.
