For 35 years I am witnessing the developments in industrial radiography. Since that time I have been contributing to the growth and success of a product line which service this market.First challenges in my career laid in quality and application (e.g. ISO-implementation, standardization, product validations). Thereafter I was given the opportunity to take a marketing management and product team leading role by which I worked close together with R&D, Production, Sales, Supply Chain management and 3rd party Suppliers.Early 2000 I was promoted to global product manager. In this role product, pricing and go-to-market strategies have been determined with senior management and successfully implemented throughout the years. My close cooperation with the regional teams throughout the world, my knowledge and understanding of the emerging markets and the particular tailored marketing mix approach, contributed to a prominent position in the market.
