Oversees the construction and operations of solar, energy storage, and other distributed energy projects across multiple US markets. Managing the company-owned assets, community partners, trade allies, procurement, data management, and the long-term operating performance of the projects.

Responsible for the management and implementation of a $6.8M commercial utility rebate program Implementation and processing of 2,500 commercial energy efficiency projects. Program produced 180M kWh in energy savings for commercial customers in the first program year Manage in-office and remote field staff; Conduct weekly team meetings to evaluate program performance, goals, and direction Managing staff and functional teams' deliverables, tracking progress and ensuring performance Communicate with internal IT, Finance and HR departments to meet program requirementsDevelop and design marketing material to engage customers and develop new business opportunities

- Responsible for start-up and supervision of a multi million dollar demand response utility project. Coordinated product development, operations, installations, and quality to exceed first year production goals by 12%.- Directed the development and performance of a nine member team responsible for installing load control switches, measurement and verification equipment, software integration, and educating customers on residential energy management equipment. - Installation of 12,000 load management devices in the first year.
