Worked in a team environment to provide flawless animal care and husbandry as well as pre-clinical study support in a GLP compliant, AALAC approved research facility. Demonstrated ability to consistently deliver high quality study support on schedule and in a manner to satisfy customer needs within a dynamic work environment.Accomplished in all aspects of flawless animal care within an accredited research facility with the following species: rodents, rabbits, canines, Non-human primates and zebra fish.NHP skills: restraint, timed blood collection, food assessment, IM, SQ, and IV injections, TB testing, micro-chipping, enrichment, Western Diet studies, urine collection, tattooing, collecting body temperature, quarantine processing, assisting on physical examinations and surgeries.• Experience training and mentoring new colleagues• Rodent skills: restraint, husbandry, running Air Pouch studies, IV, IP, SQ, PO and IM injections.• Dog and Rabbit skills: restraint and husbandry and general study support.• Zebra Fish: experienced in animal care and husbandry as well assisting in the DSRD breeding fish colony. -Feeding regimen, live feed cultures, sanitization, handling, care of filter systems, - setup for breeding, embryo harvesting• Experienced and skilled in the use and repair of NHP chairs and caging as well as the calibration of autoclave equipment. Experienced in all aspects of the DSRD cage wash area.• Experience in the set-up and preparation of rats, mice and NHPs for CT scan and MRI for the Bio-imaging COE.

Expertise in finish goods milling and handling.• Charter member of the Foreign Matter Continuous Improvement Team• Knowledge of department hazardous waste procedures• Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), OSHA, and Pfizer Quality standards• Responsible for a range of API activities, including raw material charges, in-process control point sampling, intermediate and FG packouts, milling, cleaning, and equipment troubleshooting.
