Led 2004 IPO. Increased from $2.5 billion to $12.5 billion through same-store sales growth, new and remodeled stores, acquisitions and integration of the JC Penney drugstores. Developed stand-alone store design and real estate strategy for over 700 new stores. Developed $1 billion PBM. From IPO until acquisition by JC Penney shareholders realized 500% return.

Developed store prototype, real estate/marketing strategy and point-of-sale system that led to a five-fold expansion of this Michigan discount drug store chain to include Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Massachusetts, Virginia and Maryland.
