My role capitalizes on over a decade of experience in climate education, outreach, and workforce preparedness. The Climate-Ready Workforce Program at NOAA, which I manage, is instrumental in equipping American workers for impactful roles in climate resilience across various sectors. My commitment to climate literacy and education is unwavering as I lead the charge in developing initiatives that support NOAA's Climate goal. With expertise in media relations, storytelling, and social media strategy, my approach has been pivotal in making climate science accessible and actionable. My efforts are further amplified through my leadership in the education section of NOAA's Climate.gov, where I ensure that educators and the public have the resources they need to understand and act on climate science.
