• Responsible for the $382MMM strategic capital plan to shift Taylor Woodrow, Texas from an MPC land developer to a homebuilder, increasing closings from 52 to 296 and revenue from $26.7MM to $97.4MM in under three years; while acquiring, land planning, oversee engineering and entitling and developing all lots and land positions to “feed” the homebuilding side of the business and overseeing the startup of homebuilding operations in Austin.• Developed over 400 residential lots, major entry roadway expansion, multi-million-dollar amenity center, the University of Texas Golf Course, and expansions of the water and wastewater treatment plants while negotiating an Endangered Species Mitigation Agreement with USF&W and a Development Agreement with the City of Austin to ensure development rights.• As Director of Sales and Marketing escalated Steiner Ranch’s stature from the 13th ranked subdivision in the Austin market selling fewer than 80 homes per year to the #1 position, holding that position for 8 of 10 years, and selling in excess of 350-homes per year.
