Most of you know me as "The Mortgage Moment Guru" (I'm flattered) I entered the Mortgage Industry right out of school I started my Finance career with one of the Leading Finance Companies "Beneficial Finance, Inc." I was a Branch Manager for the largest Branch in the US (Los Angeles Main Office) out of 2600 offices for 8 years before moving on my own. I opened my Mortgage Company Pacific Cal Mtg. Inc. with Branches in Diamond Bar, Phoenix, Orlando and Indiana (for over 20 years). Then, it happened the Mortgage Turmoil bomb! It wasn't hard to interpret the writing on the wall with all the continuous regulations (Dodd-Frank Act) and never ending/changing guidelines! I felt the best way to serve my clients would to work for a Banker (Direct Lender) instead of trying to navigate through the tough trials and tribulations as a performing Mortgage Broker. I knew it was an obvious way to implement my professional credentials to better serve, as well as to become more diversified to navigate and achieve the success they deserve. In July of 2010 I made that decision to move on and Manage one of 72 Branches Rpm serves the community.
