Created in March 1999 as a commercial design build organization that would serve the metro Birmingham area.Initial projects completed ranged from small residential to commercial buildings such as Good Hope Baptist Church, First Lutheran Church, and MediSyS. As our foundation as a firm grew we completed projects for HomeInstead Senior Care, Imagining Business Machines, Mainline HVAC, Standard FurnitureIn 2001, we completed the purchase and renovation of our home office off Cahaba Beach Rd and Highway 280 where we continue to work and lease our office suites.During the downturn in 2008, we started a service division that completed work for restaurants such as Petrucellis and Crazy Cajuns and also completed smaller tenant improvements for Standard Furniture and past clients.In 2008 my wife and I completed our first tenant building on Inverness Parkway which is a Class "A" fully leased facility that we own.Our most recent project completed is Beaumont Pharmacy. We procured the site, design, financing and completed construction in under 12 months for a start up firm. All of this was completed in the most tumultuous times for new business financing. Continuing in 2012 as a business development and construction company that has the knowledge and expertise to guide our clients to a healthy and stable project. Initally, employed as Project Engineer in Dec 1994 and then promoted to Project superintendent till October 1995. Upon project completion I was promoted to Business Development Manager in which I procured and developed prospects into contracted projects. In May 1997, I continued as Business Devolpment Manager and also took on the roll of Estimator and Senior Project Manger where I would now take projects from prospect to occupancy of their facility.In June of 1999 upon tendering my resignation, continued as an hourly consultant to complete my final project with MG&A. This was a testament to both my employer and I as we both wanted to complete the project in a seemless fashion and I earned their respect to be allowed to finish what I started, while I pursued the creation of my own firm.

Began professional career in Birmingham in the fall of 1993 after graduating from ETSU in May 1993.Employed in September 1993 as sales coordinator, which involved estimating and scheduling projects. As my knowledge grew, I began supervising and scheduling four crews that completed foundations for residential homes and commercial buildings. Promoted in Early 1994 to VP of Construction, where I managed the construction side of the business for the owners. This involved estimating, scheduling, quality control, collecting receivables and forecasting future sales. While at Concrete Walls, I met the owner of MG&A on a project we were pursuing and he recognized my potential. Weeks later I was contacted for an interview and was hired.
