His responsibilities include but are not limited to: Containment construction QA/QC oversight and inspection;CQA plans implementation; review of construction submittals; estimating,construction documentation including preparation of daily and weekly progress reports,construction progress meeting agendas and minutes; deliver results databases using handheld personal data acquisition (PDA)technology;and the use of (GPS) with AutoCad for developing/documenting liner system as builts and field testing /sampling location for municipal Solid Waste (MSW) landfill construction experience includes oversight of multi-layer liner-permeability soil and geosynthetic capping system. Mr. Peart has provided construction quality oversight for over 70,000.000 ft of both smooth and textured polyethylene (PE) and Polyvinyl chloride geomembrane in addition Mr.Peart has provide CQA monitoring services for the installation and geocomposite. He has experience with single and double liner system construction,as well as closure system installation for both subtitle D Class 1 and class 111 solid waste disposal facilities. His geotechnical EXperience field soil testing utilizing nuclear gauge,density testing as well as other geotechnical testing experience for both coarse and fine grained soil in accordance with ASTM and Engineers (USACE) Environmental Experience: Groundwater and soil sampling per the VIrginia/DEQ.SGPs referred to in chapter .
