Works closely with the Office of Law in reviewing and resolving bid protests, monitoring legal review cases, developing legislation and code as needed.

Handled bid solicitations on an ad hoc basis and prepared specifications thereof. Performed bid evaluation, and made award recommendations subject to Executive approval. Provide direct oversight of the purchasing of specialty medications for a pharmaceutical operation in Delaware as well as provide assistance in Supervision at three other sites within our Specialty network in the U.S. Current Inventory at the Delaware site is $110MM.Work with all Pharmacy sites to minimize supply chain issues and help reduce excess inventory levels and minimize potential expired drug exposure.
