Start up Company- Assist with implementation of SAP- Close process-Treasury cashplanning- Forecasts- IC Administration for HFM- Tax Compliance-Providing reports for FM and FD and Treasury

•Financial responsible for several subs besides Netherlands, also Belgium, Luxembourg and Poland. •Revenue 100M. Further co- responsible for treasury activities of the GEHBV- holding company.•Responsible for Statutory and Tax audits of the subs.•Leadership and business partnering- Member of the management team and working with the business partner to optimize processes and to improve support.•Providing management Finance reports to Finance Director and US- Corporate controller team USGAAP based.•Ensure smooth Annual- Quarter and Monthly Close process with team •Leading and develop accounting skills and knowledge of Finance team (2 senior accountants and 4 accountants)•Steer and participate in contract negotiations with customers and supplier• Member of Gartner Benelux management team

Assisting and back up of the Finance manager in time of absence• Responsible for all Balance sheet reconciliations• Identify areas of improvement and contribute to improvement initiatives• Ensure completeness of VAT tax returns on time• Assisting with the preparations of financial statements• Create periodically ad hoc reports and analysis• Parts and inventory control• Participating in budget process• Processing and matching payroll bookings• Audit Expense Reporting
