Foreign Quality Representative PDL Guiyang - Guangzhou CRTS I (Rheda 2000)*report to the client on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, give proposals to the client to improve Health & Safety & Quality and progress;*daily inspection of the supervisors and contractors as well as the subcontractors;*control the health & safety of the construction site, follow-up the quality and the progress of the earthworks, tunnel works, bridge works, cast-in-situ pillar and girder construction as well as the precast girder fabrication and slab track production;*witness and revised the working procedure of the contractors, instructed the contractors and its engineer regarding more efficient working procedures;* implemented improvement of the quality of the various construction sites;*reject quality defects and implement practical repair procedures to achieve the Chinese Quality standard for HSR;*instruction the supervisors;*implement and hold training lessons for the supervisors and the contractors;*review the construction procedures of the contractors;
