The idea will be for us to share information to service our customers better. Sadly in my area, the pool community is fragmented in that the competitive nature inhibits the willingness to help one another and in the end the customers are the ones that truly suffer. I understand that we all want to make money, I do too, and I'd love to be able to build every pool in my area. However the fact is that I constantly see permits being pulled for homeowners I never knew were in the market or have even heard of. I'm looking for like minded people that want to build quality pools while treating the customers right. So in the coming months as things develop I'll reach out to see what others think and how best to make this something that will be of benefit and not a burden.
