I am proficient in the Microsoft suite of software. I also have in-depth experience in specialty software such as A-Cad, Informed, TCS and other industry specific applications. I have been an instructor for adults in building operations, janitorial methods and work-loading software. In every position I have had, I have made it my own. Reorganization of labour to maximize productivity, minimize client complaints and improve worker satisfaction is the cornerstone of my career.
