Highly capable consultant with a broad range of operational experience and knowledge across industry, Government and community. Worked predominately in the Northern Territory (NT) and Western Australia (WA) and within diverse and often difficult environments in urban, regional and remote locations. Extensive knowledge and experience of working in both Aboriginal affairs and mainstream commercial environments and has significant demonstrated experience in effectively working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and culturally and linguistically diverse families, communities and organisations. Comprehensive experience working in government and commercial industry; and with Indigenous people and communities, High level skills in developing workable community and business relationships and partnerships and establishing shared understanding of the barriers and enablers to effective community and economic development.Mr Procter has gained a reputation for working positively and building effective relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, communities and organisations.
