Francois Pullen was born in the city of Molino and raised in the province of Cavite. His father was an American who worked as a diver in the country at the time and his mother was a bright and crafty local woman. He has graduated from De La Salle University Dasmariñas with an AB in Psychology and is currently taking his Masters In Counselling at the same university.When he was a college student, he was elected as the president of an extracurricular organization.
