My experience in the BPO industry is the most extensive (over 10 yrs). I have worked as part of the Human Resource Talent Acquisiton team, and as a Customer Service and Operations Trainer. At present, I have shifted my career as a part of the HR and Admin Management at Qabo Solutions.My expertise from my experiences include but are not limited to the following:1. Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.2. Design effective training programs that would be tailored fit for the trainees and the needs of the receiving departments.3.
