In 2016, I began and finished high school at Saint Peter's Preparatory, in Jersey City (NJ). I completed my undergraduate degree at Michigan State University in 2016, with a major in kinesiology and two minors in strength & conditioning and health promotion. In the summer of 2015 and 2016, I was a summer intern for The Rinaldi Group LLC on two major project developments in New York City (CitizenM New York Bowery Hotel (NY), and 215 Pearl Street (NY)). I completed my master's degree at Michigan State University in May 2022, as a graduate teaching assistant II. In the spring of 2021, I taught two sections of general conditioning, an aerobic exercise course, and a power walking course. In the Fall of 2021 and Spring of 2022, I taught four sections of weight training I, and one section of weight training II. While I was finishing my graduate degree, I was also a part time personal trainer and sales representative at Powerhouse Gym, East Lansing (MI). In 2018, I competed in an NPC bodybuilding competition, as well as two more in 2019 (placing 3rd and 2nd in both). In May of 2022, I am beginning a full-time position as a sales and marketing representative at The Rinaldi Group LLC.
