I’m responsible for working alongside our various MSP’s for networking and Telecommunication issues. I’m in charge of all Audio Visual for all conference rooms. I’m in charge of our Cisco WebEx platform. I’m in charge of keeping certificates up to date on all AWS and Azure servers and Load Balancers.

We buy and sell cars at the request of the consumer. Eventually we’ll expand to a whole car lot. Taking it one blessing at a time

Manage all IT Operations

• Assist end-users with the installation, configuration, and ongoing usability of desktop/laptop computers, peripheral equipment and software within established standards and guidelines.• Implement Sharepoint for the IT Department for document storage and scheduling of upcoming events.• Maintain and operate Video Conferencing equipment for users to Skype, Webex, or Point-to-Point connect with each other. Cisco was the main equipment used.• Leads a team of 15. Creates Documentation for End Users and meets with Networking and Security team once a week.• Work with corporate end users and IT Operations staff responding to trouble tickets to determine and resolve problems with end user computer equipment.• Setup and maintain demo equipment.• Configure mobile devices and mobile email as well as assist with any troubleshooting.• Research and test new equipment to train oneself.• Maintain stock of equipment; purchase equipment when necessary; generate, ensure and track asset tags for equipment.• Generate and ensure closure of warranty support tickets.• Assist in maintaining shipping equipment in the Distribution Center.• Deploy, manage and run reports of Druva Systems.• Coordinate with vendors to ensure correct store build with proper equipment.• Replace and update existing store workstations and ensure they are imaged.• Ensure desktop/laptop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers, and administrative systems.• Train and orient corporate end users on use of hardware and software.• Worked as an AirWatch administrator creating UserIDs for smartphones, reset passcodes and passwords; located lost/stolen devices, tracked apps end-users frequently use, and remotely wiped data on lost/stolen devices
