• Oversee aspects of the firm website including updating attorney biographies, practice group descriptions, and other site content ensuring all content conforms to firm editorial and style guidelines• Format, edit, and distribute client alerts, firm newsletters, and other email marketing communications using the firm's email marketing software, Concep• Maintain and ensure all marketing materials are current and accurately reflect the firm's capabilities• Draft press releases for firm awards/accolades for website and social media promotion• Produce firm content including podcasts and videos (recording, editing, publishing, and promoting)• Create content for the firm's social media accounts and identify opportunities to enhance the firm's presence on various social media platforms• Create analytics reports for website, alerts, social media, and podcasts• Identify ROI and referral activity for tracking and firm reporting purposes• Manage firm CRM database (InterAction) including preparing email marketing mailing lists, performing complex searches for business development initiatives, creating and exporting reports, and providing training to firm attorneys and other professional staff• Responsible for the digital promotion of events (live and virtual seminars, webcasts, and conferences) on the firm's website and social media channels• Generate business development and marketing initiatives for Tax Policy practice group including collaboration with attorneys in the preparation of new client pitches and proposals, responses to RFPs, and production of Chambers, Legal 500, and other legal directory award and survey submissions
