Enabled this change by redefining the organization’s mission, re-engineering the global organization structure and changing the talent acquisition profile while simultaneously driving staffing productivity improvements of over 20%.

As CFO for IBM’s $1700 million North American and Latin American business unit, led profit turn-around in a period of unprecedented commodity price increases and competitive activity by identifying a delivering over $150 million in savings as well as designing and leading the first successful U.S Pringles price increase in history resulting in a 15% point increase in gross margin.

Led P&G through the bankruptcy management and transition of both our 3rd largest customer and our largest wholesaler who combined represented over $ 1 billion in sales and $100 million in risk exposure. Tapped to establish and lead P&G’s New Channel Development team generating $150 million of incremental sales in 2 years.

As corporate owner of the Company's Total Shareholder Return program, worked directly with CEO and CFO on redefining the Corporate strategy, streamlining the Company portfolio and creating a sustainable shareholder growth model. Company delivered annual average TSR performance of 14% from 2001 to 2005 vs. 8% prior 5 years. Company delivered annual free cash flow yield 130 % of earnings from 2001 – 2003 vs. 60% the prior 3 years. Led the divestiture and transition of the $150 million Aleve brand from the P&G/Roche Pharmaceuticals joint venture to the Bayer Company generating the highest divestiture NPV in Company history.
