I have an undergraduate BSc in Health and Performance Science which provided me with skills in exercise prescription for rehabilitation and for optimising athletic performance. This along with my MSc in Physiotherapy allow me to comprehensively assess and treat acute and chronic conditions in both a hospital and clinic setting.I have a passion for health & fitness and played National league hockey with Grange HC in Edinburgh and now explore the world through the medium of long distance triathlons. My sporting career compliments my passion for physiotherapy and gives me a wealth of experience in dealing with various injuries and ailments.
