Of particular interest is the social, economic and environmental status of Small Island Developing States (SIDS) in the face of growing populations and urbanisation especially in the Pacific Islands Countries and Territories. The challenges and obstacles faced by government administrations to achieve healthy environments and productive communities through effective policy and planning are complex and constantly changing. The need for high quality data, analysis to support effective decision making is critical.Clear and concise communication of information to a variety of stakeholders is critical.
