Frank is a partner at Beard Winter LLP and practises Civil Litigation with a primary focus in the area of insurance defence litigation. His specialties are in the areas of motor vehicle tort claims, personal injury claims, general liability claims, property\casualty claims, product liability claims and coverage issues.Frank has appeared on behalf of his clients at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Ontario Court of Appeal. He has also made presentations to his various insurance clients and the insurance industry in general, on varied topics of interest.Frank is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Advocates' Society, the Canadian Bar Association and the Toronto Lawyer's Association.
