Been working in IT since 1992, starting as a developer, working up to a solution architect position in various different system. I've been in the Salesforce domain since 2011. I currently worked at City of Hope since July 1, 2019 as a Salesforce CRM Manager. I manage a team of five developers and one administrator, along with managing an off-shore team. We provide services and apps for Call Center, Clinical operations, various healthcare related uses. We use Copado for Dev-Ops operations.
