Worked at EnergyAustralia as a Business Analyst on the Transition team of the EnergyAustralia Integration Program (EAIP).In March 2011, EnergyAustralia (formerly TRUenergy) acquired the retail customer base of Ausgrid in one of Australia’s largest M&A transactions. The acquisition represents an approximate doubling of EnergyAustralia’s customer base. The EAIP will integrate the Ausgrid customer base into EnergyAustralia, enhancing processes, structures, enablers and resources to support the larger mass market customer base.Transition is the period of time before, during and after cutover, where additional non-BAU activities are required to enable the smooth transition of services and the successful migration of customer data from the Ausgrid systems to EnergyAustralia systems. As part of the transition team my role is to determine the business and technology activities required in order to assist the continuity of business process to support servicing of customers whilst the business experiences system outage.

Project Odyessey was an implementation of Oracle’s CC&B to replace numerous legacy systems.
