The Phoenix Lodge is a Elks Lodge and has a great Venue. Started as a server and quickly seen that they needed more help. I became Banquet manager and increased sale and profit 30% a year aaaaaalmost doubling the business in the time I was there. Also created a job descriptions for all banquet employees with training guide and worked events until I was able to train someone to become captain.
