Joining Wilson Electronics I have decided to expand my experience in a Sales role. I had the opportunity to re-establish a presence in the North Central Territory. In one year I had a YOY 35.2% with 106.1% of plan.My role as Project Manager with Jump Trading has given me an opportunity to branch out to new opportunities where I manage the creation and improvement of point to point private networks world wide.My role as Director of DAS Engineering at Insite has given me the opportunity to manage employees across the western United States on a wide range of projects, including convention centers, stadiums, and metro systems. The most exciting has been the continued construction of a neutral host DAS for the LA Metro subway system throughout Los Angeles County and our new project with The Boring Company on the Las Vegas Convention Center Loop projects. In my role as a Manager of North American Projects for Commscope (TE Connectivity), I had the privilege to manage 10+ engineers across the western half of the country (26 states). Aside from managing engineers, I also provide technical support to our sales teams. I have provided support to our international teams, and strive to keep our projects on time, under budget and to exceed our customers expectations. My team was responsible for the success of the DAS that all mobile phone carriers utilized during Super Bowl 49 in Phoenix Arizona at the University of Phoenix Stadium. As a Network Engineer at TE Connectivity I have had the opportunity to design, project manage and deploy several large scale in-building systems for a wide range of corporations and venues. Some of which include the University of Phoenix Stadium, for the Arizona Cardinals, General Motors Bowling Green Assembly Facility, and the John Deere Financial Services office complex. At Wireless Information Networks, I was the lead engineer on all projects, approved all designs and continued carrier relations. Additionally set engineering processes, procedures and selected manufacturer equipment for use. With RF Comsites, I launched the Midwest Region where I was responsible for all aspects of business. This includes sales, carrier and vendor relations, project management, system designs and commissioning. At Verizon Wireless, I managed the entire cellular network for downtown Chicago. Spear-headed the in-building engineering team for the Illinois / Wisconsin region, and managed all in-building systems, and approved all vendor designs.
