I’m looking for exchange about the most exciting topic of crisis management and (controversial) developments in the comms business, as well as new mandates.About me briefly: - I’m a crisis manager having worked as external member of companies’ crisis teams- I’ve been 1 of 3 global crisis team heads of a pharma company- I’m an "ironed" spokesperson having managed innumerable critical inquires from media around the globe- I’m savy in digital strategies to support managing critical situations- I’m fully passionate about sharing knowledge and engaging in a dialogue with talents- I’m a lecturer for crisis PR at two German universities - I’m curious & passionate, fearless & resilient, engaging & entrepreneurialFor those who are interested here some major achievements- I managed a full turn-around of an agency coming from a serious loss before I took over leadership as CEO to almost break-even in the first year. Followed by profit growth YoY before I handed over to my leadership team.- I initiated an employer branding program to overcome a competitive disadvantage. „People First“ was hugely successful. We were able to bind great people and attract new ones, and on top we were named „Top 100 Employer German Mittelstand“ in 2018. - As a communications counselor and Global VP Corporate Comms for a pharma company I turned-around the company’s perception significantly. We shifted from being heavily criticized for dealing with a critical issue lasting back 50 years by various stakeholders from politics, associations, and patients to a regarded party finding and executing solutions for the benefit of those affected. - I led the internal and external Litigation PR team. We supported the legal defense line in law suits against the company & managing critical stakeholders in 8 countries.- Based on my inter-disciplinary and holistic understanding of communications I very often was able to generate more revenues and contributing to the financial health of the agencies I worked for. Mostly accounts the teams and I serviced represented the largest accounts in the corporate comms business, often been amongst the top 5 clients of the entire agencies.Not to forget mentioning that these achievements always were only possible by intensely working with inspiring & excellent team-mates and fearless executives
