The IRP is an independent organisation within the Marketing Association Amsterdam, and is organizing a yearly research trip abroad since 1990. This trip is organized for those students that have a special interest in the field of marketing and marketing research. Complaints management is nowadays fundamental to retailers.The importance is acknowledged of learning from complaints. Still, the concept of organisational learning was not yet been embedded in the Schuitema organization. Therefore, I presented a plan to reconstruct the handling of complaints to increase customers satisfaction. Customer satisfaction and possitive W-O-M are directly driven by good complain management.
