I currently work as a Community Construction Liaison for the City of New York. My responsibilities include but are not limited to interacting with City and State agencies, keeping the community informed and notified as to the timing and duration of upcoming construction processes and their possible effects on the community and its residents. As the title implies, I often find myself as the liaison between residents and the contractor to help reach an amicable solution to any issues that may have come up. I have an wide scope of experience in all aspects of the management side of the food service industry from owning and operating full service restaurants to operating in the fast pace of major regional mall food court operations. I have some experience in estimating for a concrete, paving and demolition company. In the past I have worked for Home Depot At Home Services selling their superior deck system and even sold thermal pane replacement windows for a national company.
