Frank is a Fellow of the Association Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) with more than fifteen years of experience in auditing, accounting, financial management and other management support consultancy services. He started his career with Ernst & Young, where he led various audit and consultancy assignments both in private and public sector. He has also worked as a senior internal auditor with MTN Rwanda, one of the leading telecommunication companies in Africa. He has been working as a consultant in financial management since January 2011, where he has been providing technical assistance in financial management, training in financial management, compliance with donor requirements and financial reporting, development of policies and procedures, set up and implementation of accounting systems, development of annual budgets and budget monitoring tools. He has also carried out various consultancy assignments in private sector including accountancy and audit services, preparation of financial statements, strategic planning, development of policies and procedures. He is currently the Managing Director of Edes & Associates Consultants Ltd in Rwanda.

Frank worked as NPI Advisor Finance and Administration with New Partners Initiative Technical Assistance Program (NuPITA), a JSI/USAID, since January 2011, assisting NPI partners in implementing accounting and administrative financial systems, financial reporting systems, financial management, and compliance with donor requirements.

Frank worked as a Senior Internal Auditor with MTN Rwanda, one of the leading telecommunication companies in Africa, and was involved in different internal audit reviews of the company in accordance with the annual audit plan, including revenue assurance audit, information security audit, physical security audit, Mobile money pre-launch audit, customer operations management audit, site build review among others.

Frank started his career with Ernst & Young Rwanda as an auditor and rose through the ranks to become a Senior Auditor before leaving the firm. During his career with Ernst & Young, he was involved in different audit, assurance and advisory consultancy services in Rwanda, Burundi, Djibouti and DRC.
