It didn't work. During his professional years in private practice and teaching medical students, he published two dozen professional articles, four books and a musical. Writing, not rocking, remains his passion. When not courting the Writing Muse or enjoying family and friends, Frank tries to convince himself that golf is not the Devil's spawn, that tennis is possible to play even when your body claims it isn't, that hiking doesn't always mean "getting to the top," and that cappuccinos cure a lot of what ails you.Living the good life in Bozeman, Montana, Frank laughs with his wife, Adele, who keeps him balanced and on his toes. They share five grown children and nine almost-grown grandchildren.
