My current position is Information Assurance Officer with the Security Services Department. This job role includes developing Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation. Ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with government security policies and requirements. On the technical side, I participate in the design of system architecture for small isolated local area networks. I have experience in McAfee E-policy Orchestrator, Nessus vulnerability scanner, Digital Guardian End point protection package and VMWare vRealize log arrogation tools. Experience in performing security audits on systems including Microsoft Windows, Apple OS/X, Linux systems, network switches/router and printers.

Provided level I support to the Laboratory customer base fielding phone calls and providing onsite support. Provided support for Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications. Provided support for the SAP business system. Managed request for additional roles and privileges, assisted with resolving SRM shopping cart error and assisted with the SAP Business Warehouse application reporting web tool.
