  Manage facility and equipment maintenance teams for several clients in the plastics and chemical industry, covering capital equipment and machinery and building maintenance in : films, plastic, flexo printing, chemical, and durable goods. Assist client's in-house maintenance departments with installation of replacement equipment (6 sigma), thermal and feed units, conveyance and hopper systems, injection and extruders, switch gear and panel work, new utility equipment and major retrofits in existing structures. Support several customers with in-house technical support for improvements in; safety issues (OSHA), machine reliability, ink solvent or ozone emissions, acid scrubbers with wastewater (EPA) and efficiency programs. Setup several CMMS systems for PM's, covering machinery and facilities for six clients, to meet ISO/QS and TS compliance.
