Conducted project implementation and management from infancy to completion for Lucity software. Duties included: managing project scope, timeline, budget, communication to internal and external stakeholders, implementing business processes to enhance efficiency, risk analysis, reporting, troubleshooting issues, training team members (onsite and remote), producing training documentation and ensuring client milestones were met on time and within budget. Provided highest level of service to ensure clients know they have the best product and personnel that makes day to day operations more efficient. Utilized the following applications while managing and implementing projects: Mavenlink, Crystal Reports, various CCTV vendors, ESRI products that work with ArcSDE, SQL Server Management Studio, Access databases and Microsoft products.

Performed various duties focusing on Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (Phase I ESAs), Industrial Hygiene (I.H.), Limited Site Investigations (LSIs), and Storage Tank Closures/Site Characterization using Missouri Risk Based Corrective Action (MRBCA) standards. Duties included direct site contact interaction, scheduling and/or performing all phases of project fieldwork, interviews with site contacts, interviews with state and local government officials, interpretation of various research databases, research and analysis of historical records, analysis and incorporation of information relating to environmental site assessments and underground storage tank closures, and report preparation and production of client deliverables. Field experience includes soil, sediment, water, air, and noise sampling, identifying recognized environmental conditions (RECs), laboratory soil classification, monitoring well installation and development activities associated with Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) Sites, Aboveground Storage Tanks (AST) and Underground Storage Tank Sites in both Missouri and Kansas.

Created, edited, digitized and designed maps and charts for customers. Researched watersheds, climate data, and gage station data; Created data analysis on watersheds using ArcGIS.
