• Primary Advisor to Simulation and Training Officer, CTC Thoban, UAE Land Forces. Designed exercise scenario, simulation construct, and assessment criteria for company, battalion, and brigade level unit training.• Detailed analysis of 7 Mission Readiness Exercises (MRX) that identified shortfalls in training and manning impacting over 35,000 Land Forces Personnel.• Range Officer, CTC Al Hamra. Lead on Company Combat Skills assessment at CTC Al Hamra. Based on gap analysis, developed platoon leader, and company leader guide for offensive operations. Developed using PADDIE/ADDIE process. Resulted in 300 percent increase in marksmanship results. • Primary Advisor to Battalion Commander, 61 BN. Ensured that commander was able to support all exercise and operational commitments acting as dedicated Opposing Force (OPFOR) during all formal exercises conducted at Al Hamra. Trained and supported 900 Land Forces personnel.

Al-Riyadh Governorate, Saudi Arabia

• Developed program plan to establish RSNF service level curriculum management program supporting over 2000 courses at 14 different learning centers and training sites servicing 50,000 personnel. • Assumed responsibility for RSNF master course catalog (MCC), established initial master curriculum library and centralized curriculum within each learning site and facility. • Program Manager for RSNF Marine Corps and Special Forces training, education, curriculum development and management.

• Developed, implemented and taught brigade, division and corps level internal security staff planning exercises for both internal and external security threats within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. • Developed, implemented and published Leadership Program for the Command and General Staff College (CGSC) Ministry of the National Guard (MNG) Applied Leadership Curriculum, Organizational Leadership Curriculum, and Advanced Tactics/Security Operations Curriculum. (320 session hours and 8 credit hours.) • Personally advised the Command and General Staff College (CGSC) Ministry of the National Guard (MNG) on Joint Planning, deliberate planning and rapid response planning methods and procedures while tailoring information to suit the specific organizational and cultural needs of the Saudi government.

• Developed the I Marine Expeditionary Force (1MEF), Special Operations Training Group (SOTG) Sniper Course; Security Element Course; Reconnaissance and Surveillance Course; and Tactical Recovery of Aircraft and Personnel (TRAP) Course. Ensured that all course materials complied with the United States Marine Corps (USMC) Systems Approach to Training (SAT). • Developed a Marine Corps internal training program utilized by Marine Corps instructors. • Ensured that instructor progression, curriculum management, and student management complied with Marine Corps Order (MCO) 1553.2B. .

Mcagcc Twentynine Palms, Ca

• Directed logistic resourcing, manning and conduct for 16 separate named training exercises including 25 instances of the 45-day Mojave Viper exercise which includes live fire exercises, artillery, tank, and Close Air Support training and immersion training in a fabricated Middle Eastern village, complete with a mosque and native Iraqi Arabic speaking role-players. • Wrote all plans, policies, directives and procedures to govern the exercises which were subsequently adopted as the policies for the entire United States Marine Corps.• Managed a $45 million operating budget.

• Served as Project Manager (PM) of Infrastructure Development for fifteen Forward Operating Bases/Camps used at Marine Corps Air-Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) Twentynine Palms in support of battalion and regimental-sized units conducting pre-deployment training.• Developed a full-immersion training model which was adopted as the standard advisor training model within the Department of Defense (DoD) in which students were fully immersed in the cultural and social framework of the country in which they would be operating during deployment (with emphasis placed on deployments to the Middle East, Asia, and Africa).

Hand selected to trained, mentor and coach Iraqi Staff commanders as a subject matter expert (SME) in operational and logistical planning, program management, negotiation, and training for over 20,000 personnel.Iraqi units were rated best in Iraqi Army operating independently from coalition forces. As a result of my efforts, battalion was rated 1 of 106 active Iraqi Battalions.Developed multiple staff training courses.

Responsible for conducting risk and force protection assessments and anti-terrorism operations in the Horn of Africa.Responsible for training, manning and equipping 12 satellite reserve units dispersed across the United States.Mobilized over 1200 reservists for multiple deployments as the security force for Camp Lemonier, Djibouti.
