I am a corporate lawyer who advises my clients on all aspects of corporate finance work, including mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings and MBO's, and I have extensive experience of IPO’s, acting for companies, sponsors and nominated advisers. My greatest pleasure is working with my clients to deliver on their business goals and maximise value on any transformational deal. I lead the global team of over 250 corporate lawyers across 20 offices working as one team to support our clients and colleagues.
