-Supervision of indoor and outdoor athletic facilities including the gymnasium, pool, fields, and meeting space.-Assist with the supervision of all activities scheduled by varsity teams, outside groups and rentals, and campus groups including but not limited to intramural and club sports.Game Management & Work Study Coordination with athletic facility and game management functions including setup and game supervision.-Assist with the management of large scale athletic events (i.e. tournaments, invitationals, and meets).-Represent the athletic department as the contact for athletic facility event set up (homecoming, admissions open house, concerts, career fairs, college fairs, tournaments, special olympics, miles for smiles, relay for life, family fitness day LEC/MASCAC Tournaments, etc.). Meet with key stakeholders in advance of events.-Contribute to policy and guidelines that ensure proper use and operation of athletic facilities.-Coordination and logistics of multiple events on any given day.-Management of last minute schedule changes (i.e. practice additions and cancellations due to inclement weather, etc.)-Supervise a work study staff that assists in the operation and maintenance of athletic facilities.-Coordinate and supervise the off-season refurbishing of athletic facilities (i.e. bleachers, basketball hoops, curtains, turf and turf lights, gym floor, etc.)-Assist with equipment room functions and special projects (i.e.game day signs inventory, coordination of visiting team laundry, inventory and order game management shirts and parking crew equipment, maintain inventory of tables, chairs and game equipment) as needed.-Coordinate game day and event parking.-Attend a weekly game management planning meeting and a building scheduling meeting.-Serve on University committees as assigned.
